Hey Vega frens! 👋 This past year saw some huge milestones for Vega: mainnet trading began, we released perps, introduced stop and iceberg orders, added capabilities to the protocol for on-chain discounts and referrals, improved the rewards system, gave Console a full trader-focused makeover, released the wallet for browsers and Metamask Snaps, and more! 📈 2023 has been an exciting time to be part of the Vega community! A special shoutout to everyone who actively participated in governance throughout the year, whether it was making or voting on proposals, engaging in discussions on the forums, or sharing yout thoughts on Discord, YOU helped make the first months of alpha mainnet a success! A big thank you to the Vega project team for build build building throughout the year! During this most crucial time as the young network proves itself and iterates fast to resolve issues and bootstrap the ecosystem, this has placed a huge demand on the team which they have met and exceeded with an amazing spirit of collaboration and professionalism. Things will only accelerate in 2024 as the core protocol becomes feature complete (for now!) and focus moves to adoption, addressing further user feedback, and enabling many more partnerships and integrations.
