Following our February 4 announcement, we’d like to remind you that as of today, February 11, 2025:
– DYDX top-ups and withdrawals on Ethereum are no longer supported on the Nexo platform. Please do not send DYDX tokens via this network, as these transactions are irreversible.
– Other services – Buy, Trade, using DYDX as collateral for Credit Lines, and the Nexo Booster – remain available and unaffected.
We’re actively working to support the native dYdX blockchain and will let you know once top-ups and withdrawals are enabled on the new network. For any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our Client Care team.
